Apple Cider Vinegar Detox

In the last few years the notion of Apple Cider Vinegar has been widely discussed as a natural way to detox. Because of its natural probiotic properties, it kills off bacteria and fights infections. Add to ingredients like cinnamon and honey – this drink packs a huge punch!

Benefits include:

  • Reduced levels of acidity
  • Lowers blood sugar levels and helps fight diabetes
  • Detoxified digestive tract
  • Lowers cholesterol and reduces your risk of heart disease

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 tablespoons raw apple cider, I recommend Bragg
  • 1 cup of water
  • 1 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoons cinnamon
  • Ice if your water isn’t cold enough

DIRECTIONS:

In a large mixing glass, combine all ingredients and stir well.  If you want your drink colder; serve with ice.

Best suggestion is drink first thing in the morning as soon as you wake up and before you eat or drink anything else.
