Aromatherapy is the practice of using natural oils extracted from flowers, bark, stems, leaves, roots, or other parts of a plant to enhance physiological or physical wellbeing. The inhaled aroma stimulate brain function and neurotransmitter response promoting the healing benefits

It is not recommended to apply oils directly to skin but to diffuse them in water, heat or carrier skin oil such as jojoba, almond, Shea, coconut, or olive oil

Methods of use

  • Baths, adding a few drops (5-10) of your favorite oil to hot water
  • Massage, adding 5-10 drops to a hypoallergenic massage oil
  • Vapor inhalation, adding 5-10 drops to a diffuser
  • Lotions / creams, adding 5-10 drops to natural skin lotions
  • Compress, adding a few drops to a damp cloth warm or cold and apply it to area of choice
