So how can we cut 500-1,000 calories per day without feeling hungry?

This might be the closest thing to a public service announcement that I’ve posted in a while…

…But if you’re serious about increasing your fitness, burning fat and losing inches, STOP drinking your calories!

Consider this, liquid calories are wasted calories (no pun intended)!

That’s because they contribute nothing to help you feel full or further nourish your body.

They simply contribute a ton of additional calories, more than you can successfully sweat away.

Fruit juices and pops are around 115 calories per 1 cup, and a whopping 30 grams of sugar
(not a typo)!

A regular-sized latte (not even talking a Grande here) is about 200 calories.

If you get a Vanilla Bean Frappucino from Starbucks you’ll tally up over 500 calories!

That’s more than what the average person needs to have in any one meal.

Having two regular beers with dinner will net you almost 600 calories. Not to mention that alcohol is very quick-absorbing, so it’s even easier for your body to convert its calories to fat!

The point being that even if you’re doing a decent job with your food intake, 500-1000 extra liquid calories a day will basically put the kibosh on your fat burning efforts.

Drink plenty of fresh water with lemon, herbal teas, and stick with black coffee, just using a bit of skim milk if you need to.

Well, that’s the end of my PSA for today.
