It was a brrrr of a morning at Pearland BootCamp this morning.  (though not as cold as some days past…thank God!)  So with the cold some chose to hit the snooze button this morning and take in a few extra ZZZZZs.  But no worries, as today I am sharing the workout with all.

WARM UP EVOLUTION

  • Jumping Jacks x 20
  • BW Squats x 20
  • Lateral Skiers x 20

DESCENDING LADDER EVO-WARMUP

  • Pushup x 10 + CTR x 20 + 30 High Knees
  • Pushup x 9 + CTR x 9 + 30 High Knees
  • …continue descending reps till you complete the “7” series or if you choose to go all the way down to “1”

TABATA ABS – Superset

  • Scissors and Suit Cases

400 METER INTERVAL

Start running 400 meters counting your steps.  At every 100 steps, stop running and do 10 Walking Lunges.  After you complete the first 400 meters; start another 400 meter run – continue counting your steps.  At every 100 steps this time stop and do 100 Squat Jumps.

LUNGE SERIES

  • Squat Hold with Lateral Raises x 45 sec
  • Monster Walks x 30 sec
  • DB OH Reverse Lunges x 45 sec
  • Monster Walks x 30 sec
  • Monster Walks x 30 sec
  • FF Lateral Lunges x 45 sec

FULL BODY INTERVAL 

This was a YouGo, IGo series with the group so we did it a bit differently..but for you I suggest you do it under a timed interval – 30-45 seconds each exercise

  • Sprint
  • DB Thrusters
  • Fakee Pushups
  • Renegade Rows
  • Knees to Chest
  • Repeat for 2-3 rounds

30 SEC INTERVAL ABS 

  • Kickouts
  • Knees to Chin
  • Hundreds
  • Repeat
