Everything below we use and have experienced great results from using all of the following. We’ve done a lot of research and testing on what the best tools and tricks are for success so you and our other clients don’t have to. We get asked A LOT what our favorite [fill in the blank] product is, so we put together this list as an easy reference for all of our favorite and recommended resources to point people to. 

You don’t need much to get GREAT results.  The most important point is to get started and stay consistent in “doing something”.

EXERCISE EQUIPMENT:

Kettlebells:  You don’t need to go buy a mess load of these.  Starting with just one will surfice.  This “bomb shells” are great for building lean, metabolism boost muscle and burning fat.

Jump Rope: Almost nothing like this “old school” conditioning tool.  Easily stored, light weight and can be taken anywhere.  Still one of the best conditioning exercises you can do!  Here you can find one just your size – CLICK HERE

Stability Balls: Use by doctors, physical therapists, and fitness professionals alike.  These tools are excellent at adding additional variations to every single exercise.  Whether a beginner or professional athlete – you don’t want to pass up on these.  They come in a wide array of sizes and types.  CLICK HERE TO SEE MORE

TRX or Jungle Gym XT Suspension Trainer: This is definitely a top choice!  We have found this suspension trainer to be extremely easy to use and set up.  Allows easy transition between exercises.  More info CLICK HERE

SUPPLEMENTS:
