INGREDIENTS
- 2 tablespoons raw apple cider, I recommend Bragg
- 1 cup of water
- 1 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoons cinnamon
- Ice if your water isn’t cold enough
DIRECTIONS:
In a large mixing glass, combine all ingredients and stir well. If you want your drink colder; serve with ice.
Best suggestion is drink first thing in the morning as soon as you wake up and before you eat or drink anything else.
