These oatmeal energy balls are an easy snack perfect for everyone in the family – feel free to add anything extra you like. (Such as chocolate chips for that extra sweetness or chopped almonds for an additional crunch).

Keep chilled in the fridge at all times.

Energy Balls – Oatmeal and Raisins

Recipe makes 15 balls

  • 1/2 cup Peanut Butter
  • 1 1/2 cups Uncooked Oatmeal (Quick Oats)
  • 3.5 oz Raisins
  • 1 Semi ripe banana
  1. Add oats, peanut butter and cranberries to a bowl.
  2. Mix everything together.
  3. Add banana – the binding ingredient, and mix well.
  4. Make 15 balls and chill in the fridge for 1hr minimum or overnight.
