​The most dangerous drink in the world!

​Yes, the yummy Pumpkin Spice Latte (PSL) is back at Starbucks!

​God… I wish they weren’t so delicious. But, they are! (I know from first-hand experience!)

​And, as you know, a drink like this can totally “blow-up” a your nutrition plan with the amount of sugar and fat in just one 16 oz. coffee!

​I don’t mean to be a “Debbie Downer” but, seriously….

​Some people literally guzzle down two or three of these every single day — especially as we get closer to the holiday season.

​Perhaps with just a little bit or “real world” information PSL lovers can make an educated decision on whether or not it’s worth it (or at least the number you drink per day or week)!
