Is this what your daily menu looks like?

Breakfast:

Sugar cereal with whole milk
Toast with butter, sugar, and cinnamon

Get to the office:

Coffee
Donut

Lunch:

Big ol’ burger
Curly fries
Soda

After lunch snack:

Donut
Soda

Dinner

Honkin piece o’steak
Dressing with a side of salad
Garlic bread
Mashed potatoes

If it does, you’re probably packing on pounds daily.

 

You see everything you have eaten is packed with carbohydrates.
Carbohydrates are basically sugars.  Your body turns carbohydrates into sugar when it digests it.

The sugar runs through your blood stream and your body produces insulin to keep your sugar levels steady.  The biggest problem with this diet is when your body digests the food and your sugar levels drop you feel hungry again, and maybe even have mood swings or get tired.

This is called a sugar crash.

 

Replace some of these “processed” foods with natural foods and you will see a noticeable change.  Skip the donut and have an orange or banana.  Ditch the toast and butter and throw some berries in some more wholesome cereal.

The honkin steak is ok, but lighten up on the dressing and lower your portion of mashed potatoes.

Just take a real look at what you eat everyday and good things will come your way, like energy, and stamina.
