Smoked Salmon Omelet
Perfect for anytime of the day!
- 3 Eggs
- 3 oz Chopped Smoked Salmon
- Chopped dill and a slice of lemon

Beat the eggs until light and fluffy. Add the chopped dill and a pinch of pepper.

Heat some coconut oil in a frying pan and pour the egg mixture into the pan. Allow the eggs to cook slightly before putting the chopped pieces of salmon on top. Fold the omelette so that all the salmon is contained within the middle.

Serve the omelette with a lemon slice and squeeze the juice over while hot.
