These seasoned spiced up fries are simply addicting.

Ingredients:

4 sweet potatoes
2 tbsp. olive oil
1 tsp. paprika powder
1 tsp. ground cumin
pinch cayenne pepper, to taste
1 tsp. sea salt
4 tbsp. mayonnaise
2-3 tsp. sriracha sauce

Directions:

  1. Heat the oven to 400°F
  2. Cut the sweet potatoes into sticks ¼ to ½ inch wide and 3 inches long. Toss them with the oil and spices, mixing well to ensure the sweet potato is coated.
  3. Spread the sweet potato out on a baking tray lined with baking paper and place in the oven. Bake until brown and crispy, about 15 minutes, then flip and cook for a further 10 minutes.
  4. Make a spicy mayonnaise dipping sauce by mixing together the mayonnaise and sriracha sauce and serve alongside the fries.
