There is no mistaken these are hard and difficult times…so how about a delicious zero calorie drink to help enlighten your day?  Not that this will make all the stress just magically disappear…but nutritionally…it will help detox you…it will help your digestion and natural circulation….it will hydrate you….and will enlighten your spirit and taste buds.

Lemon Herb Cucumber Water

  • 1/2 cucumber
  • 1 lemon
  • 2 sprigs rosemary
  • 1 handful thyme
  • 1 handful mint

Wash and thinly slice 1/2 a cucumber and 1 lemon.

Fill a pitcher with water.

Add lemon slices, cucumber slices, and herbs.

Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.

SOMETHING TO NOTE: You have the option to cut off the lemon rind. Lemon rind can taste slightly acidic if not paired with a melon or fruit.
