It’s important to stay aware of the risks that come from overdoing it. An intention to create work-life harmony can help get the balance right.
So this week, make space for yourself. Look to see where other people’s agendas are taking too much of your time and energy, and reclaim some of that resource for you.
When we remember to address our own needs, it’s easier to think bigger, achieve more and enjoy today.
