We can talk about weight loss and fitness until the cows come home. We can give you every tool and system in the tool box, and provide world-class coaching and accountability.

But you will still fall down.

At some point you will fall down.

It’s an inevitability.

And THE thing that will determine your altitude…is what you do when you get back up.

Heather Dorniden has the heart of a champion. You can see what she did after she fell down. Like I said, it’s breathtaking (both literally and figuratively).

No matter what – this must be your fitness / weight loss goals …and life…modus operandi.

Regardless of where you are today, whatever obstacles you may face, I’m here to tell you that if you are willing to work hard and smart, to get back up when you fall and HUSTLE, and never, ever…ever…quit…there is NOTHING you can’t achieve.
