How Does the Program Work?

Our TEAM goes where ever you go 24/7. This service is provided to anyone who needs direction and motivation provided by working with a personal trainer, but don’t have the freedom in their schedule or budget to make continual appointments.

Get access to our entire team using your smartphone, tablet or computer to receive your individualized detailed workouts. You track your progress and we monitors your results. Never get bored at the gym, your home, or at your local park again and stay motivated with workouts that progress as you do.

Common questions:

Do I need a gym membership for my custom workouts?

  • No. You can get fit in the comfort of your own home

Do I need equipment for my custom workouts?

  • No. Your workouts will be designed around the equipment that you have: dumbbells, bands, exercise balls, etc., or just body weight

Can I speak with someone if I need help?

  • Of course. I’m here to help you. Email, text, call or reach out on social media.
    I respond to all communications daily, usually within a few hours

STEP 1:  Sign Up for your desired program.  

  • Complete the Initial Consultation / Exercise Goals form
  • Use the link we send to download the iWellness Training app (available for both Android & Apple)
  • We’ll review your form and create your custom workout within 24 hrs
  • You will receive that notification that has been completed. Then log in and view your workouts on your personal calendar
  • Workouts include: reps, sets, suggested weight & an exercise video sample
  • Send as much feedback as you need, ask as many questions as you would like
  • We will update your workouts based on your feedback & track it for faster results
