Not much says comfort and sunshine in a glass as much as a nice glass of lemonade. But what if you can make it even better?…particularly for your weight loss and fitness program.
- 2 T Fresh Lemon Juice
- 1/2 tsp Cayenne Pepper
- 1 tsp Honey
- 6 oz Soda Water
Add lemon, honey and cayenne to the bottom of a pint glass and mix well
Fill the glass to the rim with ice, top off with soda water, stir and serve
