Ingredients

Directions:

  1. Add all of the ingredients except for the cookies or cacao nibs to a high speed blender and blend on high until liquefied.  This may take several minutes.
  2. Loosely break up the cookies and add them to the shake with the cocoa nibs. Pulse or blend for just a few seconds.
  3. Drink post-workout and your taste buds will think you’re having dessert!
