This delicious recipe is from our friends at VEGA
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup of ice
- 1½ cups Almond milk
- ¼ cup fresh coconut meat or shreds
- 1 Tbsp cacao nibs
- 2-3 gluten-free chocolate cookies
- 1 serving Vanilla Vega Sport® Performance Protein
- Add all of the ingredients except for the cookies or cacao nibs to a high speed blender and blend on high until liquefied. This may take several minutes.
- Loosely break up the cookies and add them to the shake with the cocoa nibs. Pulse or blend for just a few seconds.
- Drink post-workout and your taste buds will think you’re having dessert!
