Our ears have stopped ringing from the fireworks, and our tummies are almost finished digesting all of the pounds delicious 4th festivity foods.  Now the weekend is upon us….time to get back into our bathsuits and play-wear.  So how about a quick core workout you can do to help get you ready?  Today I want to share one of the workouts from my 6-Week (20 workout) Complete Core workout series.  This particular workout is one of the three from the very first week and definitely suitable for beginner to intermediate level exercisers.  Enjoy!

Perform each exercise for 30-45 seconds depending on your level and capabilities.  Minimal rest between each exercise.  After you complete a round, rest 30-45 seconds – then repeat for a total of 2-3 rounds.  Total time about 7-15 minutes.
