My universal short list for all dieting advise:

  1. Eat protein at every meal
  2. Eat fiber at every meal
  3. Take fish oil capsules
  4. Drink lots of water
  5. Eat at least 3 meals per day, and never skip breakfast

Yep, beginner stuff.
